Roses and tulips come in a wide variety of colors.
Roses : red, white, pink, purple, yellow, orange, mix (ex.mix red and white)
Tulips : red, white, blue, yellow, soft pink, pink, purple and can not be mixed.
Please write two preferred color of your order in notes field in the product page.
Ex. 1. red and 2. mix soft pink with white. We will try to fulfill option 1, but if the color is not available, we will exchange it with option 2.
If there is no note for us, we assume we use stock with the existing flower color.
This only applies to products that use all roses and all tulips.
SUBSTITUTION
Substitution of any materials may be necessary to ensure your order arrives on time.
Our florist will substitute a similar element of equal or greater value.

We do not provide delivery with specific time slots. If you want the delivery to be made in the morning, we must receive the order the day before, before 2pm, so we can arrange the delivery. You can write in the notes column on the checkout page.
This does not apply to the moment of Valentine's Day, where we cannot promise a delivery time, but it will still be delivered on the same day.
