Available Payments
We accept payment as below :

Shipping and Handling
We use our own courier or third-party courier such as Gojek or Grab to deliver your order for hand bouquet, table flowers, and flower box.
We use third-party courier : Paxel for Bandung (next day) and JNE/JNT for Indonesia-wide. The order made and dispatch from our store using their service. Only product in hamper category and few flower box can use this shipping method.
Greeting Cards
Free greeting card for every purchase. You can also put a message on the card. The field for write the message is available at checkout page.
Returns and Exchanges
Order cancellations and changes are not possible once an order has been placed.
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed. For items that have not been processed and would like to be canceled, we require a non-refundable administration fee.
