SAME DAY DELIVERY POLICY

To assure same day delivery, order must be received before 02.00pm.

Please contact us if you want to make same day delivery above 02.00pm.

TIME SLOT

We do not provide delivery with specific time slots. If you want the delivery to be made in the morning, we must receive the order the day before, before 2pm, so we can arrange the delivery. You can write in the notes column on the checkout page.

This does not apply to the moment of Valentine’s Day, where we cannot promise a delivery time, but it will still be delivered on the same day.

SHIPPING METHOD

We use our own courier to deliver your order. The range of delivery using our courier is only for Jakarta, Bekasi, Tangerang, Depok and Bogor.

We use third party courier : Paxel for Bandung (next day) and JNE/JNT for Indonesia-wide. The order made and dispatch from our store using their service. Only product in hamper category and few flower box can use this shipping method.

We use our curated local partner for delivery to Bandung, Semarang, Surabaya, Jogja, and Bali (Denpasar, Kuta, Seminyak, Canggu, and Nusa Dua).
